Seriangolo Awards 2018: Le Nomination 12

Anche il 2018 sta per essere messo agli archivi, ma prima che ciò avvenga, come da tradizione, è arrivato il momento dei Seriangolo Awards, i premi seriali più prestigiosi che ci siano (prima o poi sostituiremo gli Emmy, ce lo sentiamo), giunti quest’anno all’ottava edizione più rinnovati che mai!
Siete pronti a votare le vostre serie preferite? Preparatevi ad una valanga di nomination!

Come sempre, infatti, toccherà a voi lettori stabilire il meglio (ma anche il peggio) dell’annata televisiva appena trascorsa, votando e decretando i vincitori delle 33 categorie presenti. Le votazioni si chiuderanno l’11 gennaio e i risultati saranno annunciati il 18.

L’edizione di quest’anno presenta diverse novità, applicate per rendere questi Awards più adatti ai nostri tempi, tenendo conto dei cambiamenti e delle spinte innovatrici sociali e della serialità televisiva.

– Le categorie che premiano gli interpreti non vedranno più la divisione maschile/femminile: tutti gli attori verranno valutati insieme, indipendentemente dal genere, per un massimo di 2 interpreti per serie.
Per permettervi comunque di scegliere tra lo stesso numero di nomination, oltre alla divisione fra Drama, Comedy e Dramedy è stato introdotto un altro criterio: le categorie relative alle Migliori Performance e quelle di Interpreti Hot saranno divise, infatti, tra Serie Nuove e Ritorni. A tal proposito, si considerano come “Ritorni” anche le serie antologiche che prevedono cambi di cast: è quindi una divisione strettamente legata alle serie, non alle interpretazioni dei personaggi.
– La categoria Miglior Guilty Pleasure, presente dal 2014, ha cambiato nome diventando il Premio “Perché sì” – Miglior Serie “La guardo e non me ne vergogno”.
Se una serie ci piace, perché mai dovremmo sentirci in colpa?
E se ci chiedono perché la guardiamo? L’unica risposta giusta è: “Perché sì”!
– Quest’anno sono state introdotte 3 nuove categorie inedite: Miglior Serie Animata, Miglior Serie Italiana e Miglior Programma Non-Scripted. Inoltre, come in ogni edizione, c’è una categoria speciale: quest’anno si tratta di Miglior Revival di una serie TV.

Il lasso di tempo preso in considerazione per le nomination comprende tutto ciò che è andato in onda dal 22 dicembre 2017 al 20 dicembre 2018. Fanno eccezione “Miglior Revival”, che trascende l’anno in corso, e le categorie miglior serie Drama, Comedy e Dramedy, Peggior Serie e il premio “Perché Sì” che includono solo le stagioni concluse nel 2018 nella loro interezza, anche nel caso in cui alcuni episodi siano andati in onda precedentemente. Tutte le altre categorie invece fanno riferimento solo al periodo di tempo sopra indicato.
